On 26th May 2023, a shipment of premium sofas was booked by Damro’s D R Manufacturing unit. The consignment was swiftly loaded and dispatched by 28th May 2023. However, on the early morning of 29th May, the unexpected occurred — the vehicle met with an accident near Gudur at 4:00 AM.
But logistics doesn’t stop for mishaps — reliability is tested in such critical moments.
Without losing time, our team sprang into action. An alternate vehicle, accompanied by our on-ground office representative, reached the accident spot the very same day. The material was carefully transferred and the new vehicle resumed its journey.
On 2nd June 2023, despite all odds, the sofas were safely delivered in Kolkata, upholding the commitment to our client.
